What are your support hours?
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm GMT. Phone and live chat support are available during office hours. Email enquiries are monitored throughout the day and we aim to respond within 24 hours (1 working day). For urgent technical issues outside these hours, please email support@compliancecollege.co.uk and mark the subject as "Urgent".
How do I reset my password?
Visit the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and we will send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 60 minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you continue to have trouble, contact our support team at support@compliancecollege.co.uk and we will assist you directly.
Can I get a refund on a course?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all self-paced online courses, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content. To request a refund, email support@compliancecollege.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days. Please note that in-person training and scheduled live sessions are subject to different cancellation terms outlined at the time of booking.
How do I get a replacement certificate?
Contact our certificates team at certificates@compliancecollege.co.uk with your Certificate ID and full name. Replacement certificates cost £15 and are issued within 3 working days. Digital certificates are delivered via email, and hard copies can be posted for an additional £5 delivery charge. If you cannot locate your Certificate ID, our team can look it up using your name and date of birth.
How can I become an approved training centre?
Visit our Become a Centre page to learn about the requirements and submit an Expression of Interest. Our centres team will review your application and arrange a consultation call within 5 working days. The approval process typically takes 2–4 weeks and includes a quality assurance review, examiner onboarding, and access setup for our learning management system.
